Refund Policy 


New textbooks that have been written in, soiled or damaged in any way may not be returned, depending on the saleable condition of the book. If accepted, these books will be returned at a used price.
Shrinkwrapped books and CD sets must be returned in their original, unopened condition for a refund. Refunds or exchanges accepted within 5 days of purchase with original receipt.
