Refund Policy


New textbooks that have been written in, soiled or damaged in any way may not be returned, depending on the saleable condition of the book. If accepted, these books will be returned at a used price. Refund or exchange accepted within 5 days of purchase with original receipt.

Shrinkwrapped books and CD sets must be returned in their original, unopened condition for a refund.

Refund Policy For Textbooks

Textbooks purchased after August 21st have until September 22, 2006 to receive a refund or exchange. After this date our normal 5 day refund policy is in place.

Textbooks must be in the same condition as when purchased.
